Welcome to Promax! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Promax digital business card services and associated website (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Service.
1. Eligibility
To use the Promax service, you must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of 18. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, you are not authorized to use the Service. Promax reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it is determined that you do not meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Account Creation and Access
In order to use the Promax services, you must create an account. The account creation process will be initiated by the Admin, who will provide you with the necessary user ID and password to access your account. Once you have logged in, you can modify and update your profile, including business information, personal contact details, and any other relevant data you wish to associate with your digital business card.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
- Profile Editing: After logging in, you will have full control over your profile. You can update your personal details, upload photos, edit contact information, and adjust other settings associated with your digital business card.
3. Profile and Content Editing
Promax gives you the ability to edit your profile once logged in. This feature allows you to manage and update all the information that is displayed on your digital business card.
- Profile Photos: You can upload a professional photo that reflects your personal or business brand.
- Business Information: You can enter your business details, including name, address, phone number, website, and other relevant contact information.
- Design Customization: Users can customize the appearance of their digital business card to reflect their branding or style.
Once your profile is complete, it can be shared with others instantly through a simple tap or QR scan. The information is easily accessible and can be updated at any time by logging into your account.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
Promax values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. As part of the service, we collect and process certain personal data, including but not limited to:
- Personal Details: Name, email address, phone number, business-related information, and any other content you upload to your profile.
- Usage Data: Information related to how you interact with the Service, including your login activity and any customizations made to your profile.
Once your profile is complete, it can be shared with others instantly through a simple tap or QR scan. The information is easily accessible and can be updated at any time by logging into your account.

5. Payment & Refund Policies
- Payment: When you sign up for Promax services, you will be required to make a payment. This payment is a one-time investment and grants you access to the full range of features within the Promax platform.
- No Refund Policy: Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable. This applies even if you decide to discontinue use of the Service after payment. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Additional Fees: There may be additional services or features available for an extra cost. These will be clearly communicated to you before you make any additional payments.
6. Usage Restrictions
By using Promax, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Prohibited Actions: You are not allowed to use the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or any form of illegal activity as defined by law. You must not attempt to misuse or tamper with the system.
- Inappropriate Content: You are prohibited from uploading or sharing any offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content via your digital business card. This includes, but is not limited to, content that violates intellectual property rights or encourages harmful behavior.
- Spam: Users are prohibited from using Promax to send spam messages or engage in any form of unsolicited communication, whether through email, text, or other means.
- Service Abuse: You may not engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt the Service, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bots, or attempting to reverse engineer the system.
Violations of these restrictions may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and legal action if necessary.

8. Limitations of Liability

9. Termination
- One-Time Investment: Currently, Promax is a one-time investment service, meaning you will not be charged on a recurring basis. Your access to the Service remains active indefinitely unless there are violations of these Terms.
- Account Suspension/Termination: Promax reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach any of these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to comply with the rules set forth.
- No Subscription: Since there are no recurring fees, there is no need to cancel a subscription. However, you may choose to stop using the Service at any time.
If your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to the features and benefits of the Service.
10. Amendments
Promax reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms of Service at any time. If any changes are made, they will be communicated to users via email or updated on the Promax website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
